Aloo bukhare ka sharbat is a sweet sour drink. Read its urdu and english recipe

Aloo bukhary ka sharbat
Cooked plums __ 1 kg
Essence of plum___ one small spoon
Sugar___ one and half kg
Water___ 1 liter


Wash plums and add into the vessel and cook them.
After 2 or 3 boils take them out to separate peel and seed, again cook with the sugar when the sharbat becomes clear and viscosity remain one third add essence and yellow color according to wish.
Sharbat is ready now fil it into dry bottles.

Bread sweet, Make it for your guests and enjoy this delicious recipe

Sweet Pieces of Bread:

Bread slices___ 1 pound
Dense milk___ 2 pound
Rose water___ according to requirement
Sugar___ half pound
Ghee___ according to requirement


Grits of pistachio and almonds
Toast the bread slices at low flame.
Prepare the sheera.
Heat the milk till it becomes dense.
Cut the every slice of bread into two pieces.
Fry them for 5 minutes into ghee.
Remove the extra oil and soak them into sheera now cook them at low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add dense milk over them and add flakes of almond and pistachio grits.
Now eat them when they becomes cool

Cardamon___ 8 nos
Condensed milk___ 250 grams
Ghee___ 250 grams
Sugar___ 125 grams
Cloves___ 8 nos
Milk___ 250 ml
Vermicelli___ 250 grams

Fry the vermicelli into ghee when they becomes red draw them and place them.
After that add condensed milk into the
vermicelli by hand and fry them, fry them to untill they becomes red.
Then add milk and place on a fire and then take them out from the stove.
So that they will tender now add cloves into the ghee and slightly heat it, add sugar and prepare sweetner and add vermilcelli
draw them after 10 minutes heating.
Grind the saffaron and add with almonds.
Donot tighten the sweetner.
After leaving 1 string viscos
mix the vermicelli. After drawing add rose water and almonds.

Vermicelli___ half kg
Saffaron___ 2 mashay
Pistachio___ 1 tola
Ghee___ 50 grams
Suagr___ 250 grams
Condensed milk___ 125 grams
Milk___ 375 ml


Strain the sweetner of sugar after preparation.
Strain the vermicelli after boiling into separate water.
Fry the condensed milk into ghee.
Now add the fried condensed milk into sweetner and mix with the spoon
and draw the boiler.
Now add saffaron and milk into a separate boiler.
When the milk is dried add vermicelli
and add condensed milk, sweetner and vermicelli slowly. And place to heat and draw it after a while and sprinkle
pistachio on it.

Granular flour___ 250 grams
Sugar___ 1 quarter kg
Ghee__ 375 grams
Dry fruit___ as required


First of all cut all the dry fruits.
Then keep the sweetner of sugar as tight as halwa(pudding).
Fry the granular flour into the ghee with cardamon.
On the appearence of reddishness and when it gives aroma
then add all the dry fruits in it.
Then fry at low flame after adding the sweetner when it leaves ghee add sweet water
only 2 drops or add rose water 5 tola and freeze into any vessel.
Then add sliver paper and to make it beautiful sprinkle the
flakes of pistachio and almonds and cut with thye help of kniofe into required and desired slices.
But no need to draw.
On cooling heat the bootm of the tray and draw them

Dried dtaes___ 125 grams
Raisin___ 50 grams
Pistachio___ 50 grams
Milk___ 1 liter
Clove___ 2 nos
Coconut___ 125 grams
Small cardamon___ 6 nos
Vermicelli___ 250 grams
Sugar___ to taste
Almond___ 50 grams
Ghee__ as required

Boil vermicelli and add some ghee into it and place it separately.
Cut dired dates, pistachio and almond into fine pieces.
Add the dry fuits into boiling water.
Then cook for a while.
Then draw it and add boiled vermicelli in it.
Heat it by adding sugar to taste.
Heat it as much as the milk and vermicelli dissolve and becomes
viscous.
Make it viscous according to desire.
Delicious sheer khurma is ready.

Safeeda, is a pakistani recipe, Its a sweet dish made on special events

Suagr___ 750 grams
Fragrant water, rose water___ 1 tola
Ghee___ 150 grams
Sweet water essence___ 1 drop
Almond\'s kernel___ 50 grams
Rice___ half kg
Coconut____ 50 grams
Cardamon___ 5 nos


Soak the rice into water for half an hour.
Rice should bhi long and old type, cook the suagr into half liter of water.
When it becomes boil add milk with spoon.
Like this turbidity will be clear and comes to the side remove it.
Repeat this process
several times.
Sweetener will be clear like this.
When half of the water remains then add 6 mashay lemon extract in it, then
take it out.
Boil rice in water into a boiler.
Add five green cardamon and five cloves.
To check the Tender level of rice press them in fingers
there is a hard part inside them.
Two marks will be appear on it.
It means that rice is about to tender.
After draining the rice spread them into
another vessel like this half of the vessel will remain empty. Spread the sweetner on the rice.
When the sweetner mixed into the rice so take out the
boiler and add clove and cardamon into ghee and fry them and then spread like the sweetner.
Sprinkle 25 ml of milk. By this rice becomes soft.
Boil, peelo off and cut the almond\'s kernel and then sprinkle and then cover the rice boiler with flour and heat on coals.
Place some burning coals on top of it.
When it is heated then add fragrant water or rose water and draw them and use them.
Mix the sweet water during
the sweetner preparation.

Sugar___ 1 kg
Condensed milk___ 1 kg
Aroma___ accordingly



Spread the condensed milk into any vessel and dry.
Then heat the sugar after mixing
approximately half liter water.
Sugar becomes like the sweetner but provide the fire
and stirr and when it about to turn again in the form of sugar then drwa it and mix the condensed milk
, dissolve it well.
Then after a while add fragrant water and freeze into any vessel.
Put the silver paper on it and cut into the slices and eat it
