Vanilla Ice Cream In Urdu and English

Milk___ one and half liter
Condensed milk or rabri___ 200 grams
Snow vanilla powder___ as per taste
Butter___ 4 ounce
Sugar___ 150 grams
Ice cream powder___ 3 full spoon
Essence ___ as per taste
Fresh cream___ 8 ounce

METHOD 1:

Heat the milk till it becomes one liter and mix the snow vanilla powder into cold milk and cook like the custard.

When the milk becomes viscous add butter into it and stir it well.

When butter dissolves properly cool this mixture.

Add condensed milk or rabri in this mixture and whisk it well with the help of whisker and for freezing add it into ice cream machine.

Add few drops of vanilla essence before close it.

METHOD 2:

Dry the milk tone liter and prepare it by adding ice cream powder sugar.

When it becomes like the custard cool it.

Now soak and grind the almonds and pistachios.

Now add the prepared ice cream into the custard and add cream, mix this with the help of whisker.

Add grinded almond and pistachio in it and freeze by adding into ice cream machine.
