Daal moong aur palak and pulses with spinach is a pakistani recipes eaten with roti.





Daal Moong aur Palak

Husked pulse___ 250 grams

Crushed dried coriander___ 1 tola

Turmeric___ half tola

garlic___ 1 bundle

spinach___ 1 kg

crushed red pepper___ half tola

onion___ 1 bundle

salt___ to taste



Finely crush all the spices and add tendering water into the boiler and then add spices and pulses into it to tender. When the half pulses is tenderized then add finely chopped spinach.
After the tenderization of spinach and pulse garnish with onion and garlic.
