Usually, someone commented your blog, but he choose "Anonymous" in comment box. The comment is shown, but the Anonymous picture just a simple photo. No problem. You can change the photo of Anonymous profile. How? Just follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your blogger account
2. Go to Design --> Edit HTML
3. Copy this code, and paste above ]]></b:skin>
